Scott Culberson, Enterprise Excellence Consultant, is a multi-lingual (fluent French, basic German) business leader with over 20 years of international experience, with P&L responsibility. He has crafted world-class solutions in process industry, discrete assembly, and business processes at Hoechst, Michelin, Trelleborg, Tier 1 and 2 suppliers to Toyota, Honda, Bosch, Ford, GM, Chrysler, PPG and others. Scott’s demonstrated successes include business rescue, revolutionized quality, delivery and profit performance, leading corporate technical staff in product and process development, and leveraging quality systems to work for the processes and the people daily (rather than serving them at audit time only). He has vast experience with process engineering, product engineering, site selection, green-field start-ups and major capital expansions. Scott earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering at Clemson University and holds a lean manufacturing certification from the University of Michigan. He and his family live in Greer, South Carolina, and attend Memorial United Methodist Church.
