Our Team
Kenneth Stem, Enterprise Excellence Consultant, has been applying Lean and Continuous Improvement Principles in manufacturing companies for more than 25 years. He earned his BS Degree from Tennessee Technological University and a MA in Organizational Management from Southern Wesleyan University. He has been a key team member for several plant turnarounds. One of the turnarounds saw a 5 fold improvement in productivity with no capital expenditures for automation, accomplished solely through the implementation of Lean Principles. Another saw the company go from a $20 million loss to break even in just over 12 months.
Kenneth has been a Quality Manager as well as a Production Manager and has had the opportunity to consult with a large list of manufacturing companies. He has developed the ability to see waste in organizations and has the ability and experience to lead teams toward aggressive improvement goals. He also is very experienced in applying Statistical Tools toward radical quality improvement. Having taught training courses for literally thousands of people, he is comfortable delivering presentations and leading groups of a wide variety of audiences. Kenneth and his wife Kathy are active at Living Hope Church in Collierville, TN.
