Steve Stansbury, Enterprise Excellence Consultant, has over 25 years of experience and a proven track record of large scale organization improvement, corporate business planning, and executive coaching.  As a practitioner of the Toyota Production System, Steve has extensive experience deploying systemic operational excellence at all levels of the business and has led several companies to sustainable growth in sales and profitability.  He has practical experience with green field startups, major capital expansions, and brown field conversions.  Operationally, Steve has held positions such as Director of Operational Excellence, VP of Operations, General Manager, and President.  Steve has held numerous positions with P & L responsibility  and specializes in corporate turnarounds.  Steve holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Missouri State University and a Master's in Operations Management from Kettering University.  Steve and his family live in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and attend Battle Creek Church.
