Aaron Styles is a seasoned executive coach and consultant with over 30 years’ experience in manufacturing as an industrial engineer, manager, consultant, and executive. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Lean Manufacturing Certification from the University of Kentucky. His experience includes classical industrial engineering, world-class manufacturing deployment, ERP deployment, management coaching, team facilitation, production system design, simultaneous engineering, manufacturing operations, operations research, and supply chain development. Aaron is experienced in the electronics, packaging, construction, consumer goods, food, paper, materials, communications, chemicals, defense, and automotive industries. He has assisted 42 companies in over 100 locations. He has worked with companies of various size (from $18mio to $40bio in annual sales), in diverse cultures (in nine countries). He has broad experience from high volume/low mix to low volume/high mix manufacturing environments. While Aaron’s experience is mostly with for-profit manufacturing companies, he also has leadership experience with non-profits and in healthcare. Aaron has a proven track record of applying world-class business principles and methodologies to a wide range of business problems to achieve bottom-line results with high return on investment. Aaron and his family live in Etowah, NC and attend The Asheville Church.
