Our Team
Will Franks, Enterprise Excellence Consultant, has been at the leading edge of various continuous improvement and lean manufacturing methodologies for many years, specializing in value creation for many companies. Beginning as a design and manufacturing engineer with Xerox Corporation, he participated in one of Xerox’s first teams based on Japanese “Quality Circles.” This experience continued at Ciba Corning with “TQM” and “JIT”. He became a leader in “World Class Manufacturing” and “Manufacturing Excellence” and served on a regional board of AME. Beginning in 1995, he facilitated the spread of Kaizen to hundreds of US companies by leading “Kaizen Blitz” workshops in cities across the country and speaking at various conferences. Operationally, Will has held positions such as VP of Manufacturing, VP of Operations, and VP of Production. Will holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration degree from UMass Dartmouth. He is also a member of Delta Mu Delta business honor society, and the Mensa High IQ Society. Will and his family live in Greenville, South Carolina, and attend Mount Airy Baptist Church.
